Weekly Backups

Creating a backup of a VPS Hosting Plan definitely isn’t the easiest task in the world. You will either need to use another server or your home PC, or, alternatively deploy some 3rd–party solution. We offer a far easier option with our Optional Admin Services deal. We will create a complete backup copy of your VPS once a week, so you never have to be worried about permanently losing any important information. Plus, we can restore a backup copy very fast. All the backups are stored on a special machine with a RAID array of hard drives, so if anything happens to your data, we’ve got you covered.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Whilst a Virtual Private Server provides you with a practically infinite number of options, you will sometimes have to install additional software apps. And this is where our Installation & Troubleshooting service can help you out. It’s an essential part of our Optional Admin Services offer, which permits you to demand any of our skilled server admins to install and set up any software package and to fix any trouble that you are having with your VPS.
